I've used boda boda on a few occassions when in Kisumu (to see my dad and siblings on the rocky barren Kajulu hills). I prefer to be riding one than being a 'passenger'. It's always an enjoyable risk though being on and not in control whither it goes. In my native luo that bike is called 'ndiga'. You know how that particular type of transport service got that name 'boda boda'?
